At Shockwave Fitness, we work to ensure your order is processed and delivered as efficiently as possible. All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to high order volume, customs processing, or carrier-related issues, all of which are outside our control. Shockwave Fitness is not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout; customers are solely responsible for ensuring their address is accurate. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify, cancel, or reroute the package. Lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages must be addressed directly with the carrier, as ownership of the package transfers to the customer once it is handed over to the shipping service.
